Warranty and Returns

Our Hotel & Home luxury fragrance oils and diffusers are amazing, but we understand there may be occasions when a product needs to be returned, exchanged, or in rare cases, repaired or replaced under warranty. We provide industry-leading products, and we intend to provide industry-leading customer service. All returns, exchanges, and warranty requests are personally reviewed by one of our team members who will work with you to determine the best course of action. To begin a return, exchange, or warranty claim please provide us with the requested information at the bottom of this form, and one of our team members will contact you as soon as possible.  

 

14-Day Return Policy (non-damaged, non-warranty items)

Relax! Any item you wish to return within 14 days of purchase must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping by supplying a return shipping label or store credit for actual shipping costs approved by one of our team members. Refunds will be processed in 1-3 business days after we receive the unopened, unused, and undamaged items.    

 14-Day Exchanges

We will gladly exchange any unopened, unused, and undamaged product(s) returned within 14 days with any product(s) available on our website, and we will pay for return shipping, which may at our discretion be paid via discount or store credit to be applied towards the exchanged item(s). 

14-Day Open-Box Returns and Exchanges

At our discretion, we may provide refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges for opened items on a case-by-case basis, excluding fragrance oils and oil sample packs, within 14 days of original purchase. Please do not attempt to return opened fragrance oils or samples.  We do not reimburse for shipping of opened items unless covered by warranty.  

Warranty Items

Any covered items needing to be repaired or replaced under warranty are subject to the terms and conditions of our Warranty. We will cover any shipping costs of shipping by providing a return shipping label, store credit, or refund, as needed.   

Damaged Items

Normal wear and tear to packaging may occur during shipping, but we recommend that you carefully inspect your items upon arrival. If you notice that items were damaged during shipping, please take photographs of unopened items in their original packaging and contact us so we can process your claim and initiate a replacement order. We will cover the cost of returns for items damaged during shipping by providing a return shipping label or partial refund. 

Disclaimers

-Only items purchased directly from Hotel & Home are covered by our return and exchange policies. Items purchased from third-party retailers, affiliates, or distributors are not covered.  

-It is your responsibility to ensure proper packaging and tracking for returned items.  Items returned to us damaged in shipping may not be covered. If one is provided, please use the supplied return shipping label for proper tracking.  

-Royalties do not apply to returned items. Please see our Royalty Program for more details.
